Sari Style
While in Orissa for her UNFPA efforts, Ashley was felicitated with a Humanitarian Award which she received wearing a pink printed sari. She also met with the Chief Minister wearing another sari, this one a Sambalpuri cotton, and as a girl from Orissa, that sure made me love it instantly!
P.S. This isn’t the first time, Ms. Judd has sported a sari. Catch her other sari look from years ago here.

Grace Personified! I died and went to heaven…
Wow! So graceful. I have often found that non Indians cannot pull off a Sari as well as Indian women do, something about their posture. But Ms Judd carried the Sari with so much grace and beauty.
Major love. Specially for the white sambalpuri. So graceful. She could teach some of our bollywood celebs how to shine in a non blingy sari.
Agree with KK about carrying it so well.
that was what I was going to write.
+1
Being from Odisha as well, love the Sambalpuri sari. Kudos to Ashley for keeping it simple.
She looks lovely. She really does take her job with UNFPA seriously and is dedicated to helping women
Love Ashley <3 & everything about her two looks.
Sambalpuri – yet another traditional weave to add to my lust list ; so beautiful; could you please tell me if any shops in chennai carry this?
Kudos to her for wearing handloom sari. She wore the Sambalpuri sari gracefully.
Both sarees are nothing to write home about but she does look very natural and at ease in them.
She looks completely at ease and as though she’s been wearing saris for years. Lovely!
Classy in the cotton saree. Ashley is so dedicated and committed to social justice and her humanitarian work all her life hence she is appointed as an UNFPA ambassador. I wish to see Priyanka Chopra do more as UNICEF ambassador.
Classy! On a side note, Payal, I envy your Sambulpuri saree collection. Thanks to IG. Have been salking you for a while!
seriouslyyyyy wowwwwww ! grace
Classy and elegant.
Nice. Major brownie points for no one boob show.
Beautifull draped and carried. Gorgeous Sambalpuri..I’m wonder what make is the lilac one?
Ashley looks beautiful in both sarees.
She kills it with her simplicity. Love how elegantly at ease she looks in these sarees. no bling, no designer…loooove it!
I’m from Odisha (Orissa) and I’m so loving this. I usually do not comment, but this had to commented upon. Lovely/
