Day two of IIFA saw Ms. Panday in a sequin white sari by no-points-for-guessing Manish Malhotra paired with pearl drop earrings. I don’t care for that feather hem on the pallu but overall she did look nice.

Again scratching my head. Why did he use the same material on Sara’s suit and Ananya’s Sari?
I like that she chose to wear a sari but find this whole look a bit too ‘filmy’ and yes, I understand it’s IIFA but still…
And no points for guessing that this is indeed a bad look.
That contouring is bad! Especially at the forehead. Also, the colour of the concealer didn’t have to match with the colour of the sari!
She looks pretty. Glad she did not wear the saree with a bra blouse. Ananya has a very sweet vibe about her.
The material looks so cheap.
We’ll for starters get normal outfits right and then she’ll easily get saree gracefully. It looks like a falling draped cloth. More than tacky it’s fake.

For a designer saree which must cost thousands, coming from a designer who has dressed Bollywood celebs for decades, this one sure looks cheaper than the ones you get in local stores in India. I would not invest even INR 5K for a saree that looks this tacky.
She definitely isn’t looking anywhere near nice. But then, I was ready to cringe the moment I read the desinger name, even before I saw the pics.
I’m just glad she has her playlist up& not showing her girls lol. In an Instagram pic posted by Sara Ali khan she has the saree down with her bikini blouse out

I’m laughing here because it reminds me of Poo-bani-Parvati. To me, she looks amazing. Boobs are practically covered and not squeezed into blouse that’s three sizes smaller. She looks amazing, truly!
At this point *every* Bollywood celeb, their kids, neighbors, dogs and cats have worn an MM sequin sari in the whole color spectrum. SMH.
