even though the blouse texture (heavy zari silk vs delicate chiffon) is not the best combo…somehow it is working here. Love the gorgeous kada, wish the zari on the blouse was silver than gold…would have possibly come together even better! (sorry for the nitpicking!)
The sari looks like it is a cotton one (not chiffon, as other comments here say) but the drape is so shabby.
I’m sorry but you cannot call this beautiful/amazing when almost 90% of women in India wear more beautifully draped and better combinations of sarees and blouses. Just look at the travelling sari instagram!
Appreciate her for her simplicity, sure. But outfit wise, nah.
Wow an Amala sighting! I love Amala. She has beautiful handloom saris and beautiful blouses in her wardrobe. This look though, is not my favorite of hers. Every time she steps out she turns heads with her simplicity and grace.
