Wearing a pink and black gown by Celia Kritharioti, Alia attended the Filmfare style awards on Tuesday evening. The gown itself was not much to talk about but was I the only one feeling the blush/highlighter on the cheeks was too heavy handed? It almost felt like her face was matching the pink part of the gown.

The blush and makeup is a little much, but it works with the look, considering everything else is simple.
Some interesting studs would have made it more interesting though.
Wuh! You guys get all the bad pics. She was looking so beautiful in this, the make up was soft blushy too, loved the lip Shade and the gown. It’s a young fun look from Alia after all the forced baggy stuff.
The blush was really very high but it looked really good on her.
She suddenly looks like a woman now than a young peppy girl. I do like this shade of pink on her. Not everyone can carry off powder pink colour.. but all these fabrics these days.. don’t look luxe.
I am surprised the bloggers haven’t commented on the gown which looks very cheap because of the material.

The gown looks like a cocktail of bunched up and cut up fabric in contrasting colors. You have to look thrice to figure out the design that still make no sense and the neckline comes off as unstructured with sloppy. She looks confident wearing it so may be it looks better in person.
Not a fan of this look. The make up is really bad and the fabric of the dress looks so cheap. It reminds me of the awful dress worn by Kareena Kapoor dress in Yaadein… Cham Cham Cham Cham Cham Cham Cham Cham Cham Cham Cham Cham Cham, Chamakti Shaam Hai…

I like this look on Alia…She looks cute in this tricky to pull off gown. Her likeness to Deepika is quite astounding…never thought they had similar features.

They don’t have similar features…she has been trying to look like DP for the last year or so and has lost her own personal style in the process. sad!
