Alia attended an event related to real estate in Dubai wearing a vintage dress from American designer Bob Mackie. Yet again, we have an outfit (styled by Rhea) that from a fashion POV is a great sourcing find but on the client ends up looking not one bit flattering.
The gown with its mock neck made her look so much more shorter than she actually is. Didn’t like this one bit. Did you?

Hmm this is really unflattering on her. Very DWTS vibe. The lining / shape-wear is making it look so frumpy. Needed it to be smoother and something about the fitting or the way it sits on her is making her frame look very short and shapeless. I am also a little tired of every poor Alia look being a Rhea bashing sessions, she should be catching some of that flak too because the buck stops with her. Are there filters added in the pap pics/videos because the difference in the middle photo and others is stark, make up washing her out

Ahhh so infuriating because WHAT A FACE CARD! That was just wasted due to this unsuitable for her gown.

At this point, I’m convinced either Alia has no clue what flatters her, or Rhea’s sitting on a secret so juicy she can blackmail her into wearing outfits that look like a fashion crime scene.

Either she hates herself or Rhea has receipts. Those are the only two explanations.
Lol, I think Rhea has a lot of secrets across many Bollywoodites continuing to fall for her unappealing and unflattering choices on her clients. But yeah this one is bad and very dumpy on the petite Alia
Alia is not filling the gown well. The sleeve with its structured shoulder, that thigh-high slit and even the neck should make the gown on her statuesque. Her being petite is not playing foul here – the gown is a poor pick overall.
Garment & body-type fit has predominantly been the case with her but here, the gown simply looks flimsy and hence gets translated as frumpy on the body. The way the sleeves end around her wrists – devoid of luxury that such gowns usually exude. For me, it’s not the mock neck, it is the length of the gown which ends a couple of inches above the ideal point that reeks of hastily done and poorly tailored “craftsmanship”.
A lot of Alia’s looks only indicate to me that she possibly lacks a sense of opinion.

I watched Alia in a video and the dress looked really bad. Besides the fact that the dress is not well made, it wasn’t fitting her well and made her look large and frumpy.
Maybe she finds it difficult to say ‘No’ to Rhea. She should get a stylist where she can have a say in what she wears cos her personal style is very easy and youthful, not matronly like this dress.
This hairstyle doesn’t suit her. She should go for her “Jigra” hairstyle.
