Pretty In Hot Pink

Hot pink was the color of choice for these two designers at their dos. In Jaipur, Ranna wore a one-shoulder pink gown that she paired with a black stretch BV Knot clutch. Far far away in Lebanon, Ayesha attended Harper’s Bazaar Arabia’s Reema Ameer’s wedding wearing a self-designed gown that she wore with kundan maatha patti (head ornament) and layered necklace.

We don’t quite like the black clutch with the pink on Ms. Gill nor the necklace on Ms. Depala (it makes the look too busy) but have to say, they really have us at the color of the gown!

Catch more pics of Ayesha inside.

Ditto!

Spotted on Rima Mehra, the same Shantanu and Nikhil dress that we saw on Tara a few months ago. Not having seen a full-length pic, we’ll just say of what we see, we like the dress on both these ladies.

Love the blue pumps on Tara and seeing this picture, makes me wish she’d go back to her pre-streak tresses even more.

Incidentally, a version of this dress was also seen on Lisa Haydon for her Harper’s shoot.

(Un)Covered

Grazia’s June edition is all about high-street fashion and for their cover, they dressed their models in some high-street clothes for one high-impact cover. We love the mood of the cover. Do you?

P.S: The models are in Zara, Mango, Espirit and Vero Moda.

Denim Don’ts

If Neha’s jumpsuit was a romper we might have loved it. The awkward length with those sandals and that LV bag just isn’t making for the best look for travels.

As for Ms. Singh. EEEKS! Stone-wash still exists? We thought it died years ago.

Anybody else feel like handing these two paintbrushes and pointing them to a wall? πŸ˜›

Travel(v)ogue

Kolhapuris are a favorite of mine these days, not only because they are cute but comfortable too. Also, let’s not forget with the strict airport security measures everywhere these days, they are easy to slip on and off at the security checks.

While I do give into comfort when traveling, I don’t quite forget style completely. Me, am more of an Isha, pairing different things together to create a comfy look without looking like a slob. πŸ˜‰
