Can’t say there was a clear winner among men on this green carpet but there were definitely two very clear losers.

We love that Salman always adds a ‘Being Human’ element to his attire (this time it was a tie) but who can see the tie when they are distracted by that odd blue shirt with the black collar. Saif tried to make his very casual outfit formal by adding the pin-stripe blazer but my reaction is “why bother”. The blazer clashes so much with the v-neck.

Hrithik repeated his Kites London premiere three-piece suit but thankfully didn’t wear the NY premiere mini-tie. :P Vivek was quite an upgrade from last year, but my vote has to go to Anil in his two-piece. What IS his secret???

First things first, this certainly was an Upgrade for Mr. Roshan; yay, no mini tie this time around! Suzanne too looked lovely in a shimmery pale gold gown which she paired with an ivory wrap (which I can’t help but wish she had skipped for the red carpet).

As much as I love Hrithik, this appearance of his is such a downer in that satin waistcoast. And, do I see a satin mini-tie??? WTHeyyy is that??? The only good thing about his look is that his scruffy look (one that he had on for ‘Guzarish’ is finally over).

Suzanne, on the other hand, looks fabulous in the sequin dress. I just wish she hadn’t paired the dress with a silver clutch and silver shoes.

Most of the men at this event went tie-less and some stuck to dark colors with their suits while others contrasted with white. For us, there was no clear winner but there definitely was a clear loser. Any guesses, who?

There are days when the better half and me will get dressed separately and in the end we land up wearing the same color scheme and let me tell you, as cute as it may sound, it’s annoying too because more often than not, I end up having to change!
Looking at these two just reminded me of such times, except, Hrithik and Sussanne were in two different cities when they were spotted wearing red checked shirts with denims. Does that happen to you? ;)

Katrina Kaif and Hrithik Roshan on Harper’s Bazaar India

While we aren’t sure whether this is the cover pic of the first anniversary issue of Harper’s Bazaar India, we do know that it is from the editorial. Our only complain, why is Mr. Roshan dressed so shabbily especially in comparison… Surely Harper’s could do better than denims and a black tee.

Childhood friends they are, which got us wondering whether Hrithik’s latest grizzly look was inspired by Mr. Kapoor. We don’t know the answer but our question to you is, who makes the bearded look work better? Hrithik or Kunal?

If Suzanne was wearing the same grey top with fitted pants and no belt, I just might have liked the look on her, but as is, she reminds me of circus clowns on stilts with their balloon pants. Very disappointing. As for Mr. Roshan, a well-groomed version of him would have looked dapper in that suit but I can’t ignore the beard/hair yet.

While Hrithik has been sporting his long locks and scruffy beard for a while now, Saif showed us his long locks and a more well trimmed-beard on the closing night of HDIL Couture week. Who do you prefer in their all-black suit ensemble? Hrithik or Saif? Or neither? You like your men cleanshaven. :P
