Bandana is in Drashta and it was Yogesh Chaudhary for both Sujata and Ekta.

At a recent launch, it was a Drashta textured silk dress for Ms. Jagannathan. A statement necklace (also by Drashta) and neutral pumps completed the look.
The feather/fringe accent on the necklace seems bit of an overkill. Minus that, love the necklace with the dress. Regardless, she (Poorna) totally works that look!
