Are u kidding? Loved the pairing. Ony the shoes are a miss! Something in the shade of the lippie would have looked great.

Maybe a different lip color and sneakers woud have pumped up the look but nevertheless, still liking it.

She looks sooo good in this easy breezy outfit! I love the unlikely color combo. And it’s good to see people not dressed like they are meeting the Queen of England for a trailer launch

Hahahaha. I catch ur drift lulu ;)

on a sidenote, this look could have used some quirky fun shoes to offset the safe yet smart separates, or even the same shoes in a dark colour. I have a bad itch to throw in some solid black in the whole look :)

ha ha … right on.. some sonam kapoors please take the cue!!

She looks good. The combination works. Being a tall person she seems to pull off this one.

I am just missing the belt, otherwise totally love it!

Considering the black color via the buttons of the skirt and her manicure, she could have added simple black studs and black sandals. Adding a black belt would only elevate the look, balancing the overall black theme.

If black is not the option then she could have simply opted for a pair of sneakers matching to her blue top.

If I have to nitpick, that would be her lipstick color which does not quite fit her overall dressing. I prefer a nude shade.

She is looking great. But somehow I feel a pair of oxford shoes would have uped the ante!

I was just thinking the same

Totally agree..the top, skirt, make up is a complete mismatch and kinda looks meh..but the weird and strange part is can this lady ever look bad!!!!! somehow no matter the styling, make up and clothes, she almost always manages to look endearing!

Her face and neck are remarkably fairer than her legs and feet!! born this way??? or too much (oily) makeup??

yaar is only you feeling that way, I think the two looked great together, the white top would have looked to bleh, deepika looked beautiful and chic as always.

I suppose we are the only ones who feel that this is not working at all.

    Looks effortlessly chic!

Omg, I totally get what you are saying! Somehow the maroon lip with the colors of the dress makes her face look much older than she looked just the day before and thats just my opinion.

i dont know why but htis look is soo effortless , cool, fresh and cute at the same time .

Love the unlikely combo! She looks sooo happy and at ease with herself. It’s such a welcome relief after seeing some rather forced appearances of some people on this page ;)

I absolutely love it! Agree with everyone, very easy going casual vibe to the look. And love the shoes…they’re not your usual nude pumps, kickass day look!

I actually like the combo better than the runway :)

  29. Tania at | | Reply

Agreed ! Her makeup and white foundation ages her face.
Not feeling the skirt/shirt combo either.
On a side note, she has been styled by Anushka Sharma’s stylist. I can totally see the difference. This easy breezy style is right up Anushka’s alley :)
