November 8th, 2012 at 8:09 am . by PayalAt the unveiling of her L’Officiel Nov cover, Chitrangada opted for a pale pink Tarun Tahiliani sari, an Anand Kabra mirrored blouse with jewellery by Nirav Modi.
We don’t know if the pale pink pick (to match the cover) was intentional but she sure pulled off the sheer net sari and those things aren’t easy to pull off.

Is it the norm to wear a shiny underskirt with net sarees?
I think they tend to use satin to make underskirts for net sarees. This whole thing is a no-go.
I love her coloring. Her skin is darkish, even toned and so pretty! with her color, similar to mine, I would never wear that color for fear it wouldn’t go well with my complexion. She looks great in that color! I wish her blouse was a more traditional red with that sari and not silver sequin. either way she looks great and I’m not a big fan of her looks usually!
The saree is awful. Eye make-up is scary because both her eyebrows look like two caterpillars about to smooch!

shes stunning, but that blouse is tiny, and very unflattering. If she had picked a different blouse this would have looked great as the sarees not bad as far as net sarees usually go.
Makes me cringe that this is her skin color and what she’s unveling is completely the opposite. Doesn’t she feel ashamed? I’m assuming they have right to approve their covers? Or is that just for top celebs?
