It’s a difficult dress to carry off well but I think she’s makin’ it work.

The cutouts on the breast area are supposed to be a bold fashion statement but it has ended up looking tacky instead of looking chic…

I don’t mind the cutouts as much as I mind the execution of the same. A li’l skin show, taking risks…I appreciate all of that, but this just doesn’t fit or fall right. And that’s the fail.
