For an appearance at a recent launch event, Zarine was spotted in black top from Koovs, a Zara skirt and Steve Madden pumps. A ponytail, pink lip and jewelry from Curio Cottage finished out her look.
Sheer blouses work on some, on Ms. Khan however, it just didn’t. Well, the skirt didn’t do much for her either. Not a fan of the look.

Ugh. This is all kinds of wrong and tacky. I am genuinely curious about how someone (Zarine herself? Stylist?) can actually put the pieces together and think that the whole look will translate into something appropriate.
There’s a fine line between looking sexy and vulgar. She unfortunately is looking tacky & vulgar.
Forget everything else! Are feet supposed to look like that? I am freaked out.
Oh my. WT* is going on there. Maybe it’s the angle because most desis have the habit of wearing shoes idiotically at least one-two size bigger?

I don’t know how she usually looks, but she looks constipated in that second picture. The skirt is ill-fitted, making her waist look massive. I’ve always felt that with sheer blouses, one needs a laid-back vibe to pull it off – and she clearly does not have it here.
All I can think of is a blowfish. Not a well dressed one, no.

If you have to go this sheer, you should at least sub. the push up and mini with a crop top and midi. This just looks vulgar. The pink is something only a 13 year old would think looks cool with black! And those earrings have no place in this look. What a mess!
