Sari Style

Yami helped inaugurate a store specializing in handwoven Kosa silk products and was seen in a sari from the brand. Now, at first glance, I thought maybe the initial video I caught her in was flipped but it seems she did wear the Nivi drape but over her right shoulder. I mean, as far as drape is considered, there are no set rules but it sure felt awkward. Wonder if she realized when draping that she wore it not on the regular side.

    • Oh my!! Worn on the other side and inside out, now we only need upside down…can that be in a saree?:)

She is glowing and the color looks divine on her.

Payal, how does one not know when they start draping that its being done the other way? Don’t think Yami is a saree novice.

      • I’ve had a friend follow a video so intently that she did not realize she also did had it flipped until I walked in, saw her and told her. It happens.
