WLIFW Spring 2013: Anand Kabra
Anand Kabra’s Taramati was a mix of Western and Indian wear in silhouettes that we’ve come to expect from the designer. What was different though were the patterns used; a mix of fragmented mosaic and doorway arches.

I thought this collection was gorgeous because of the variety of silhouettes presented, sometimes the materials felt light like air (must be crepe de chin). I also like how the designer incorporates his roots into his work, the clothes evoke old Hyderabad charm. From his work, you also get that he’s also a bit of a romantic.
+1 – beautifully put Myka 🙂
