In Two Avatars

At the recently held back-to-back awards, spotted Ms. Malwade in gowns that were quite likely Archana Kochchar designs.

Can’t really say we liked either appearance of hers… without going into the rest, let’s just say the sheer material with embellished details (on both gowns) was enough for us to have made a call on this one. Disaster.

  1. It’s appalling to know that 1) Someone actually designed these gowns 2) This lady wore them in public, and smiled and posed for the cameras while she did!

  2. ok the only redeeming factor to the dresses is the color..and why is she wearing black panty hose with the blue one? if she had to wear hose, nude would’ve looked much better…

  3. Ghastly outfits, particularly the purple ones. I never understood the fuss about cut-out gowns – they always look horrendously ugly to me.

  4. I think the purple gown *could* have been a save if it did not have the center and the side cut outs. If the gatherings waist down actually had started right under the bust -like empire style it could have been a better gown.
The blue.. too princess jasminey imho. And ewww, black panty hose? Nude ones or even NONE would have been better than that disaster.

  5. Turquiose one is good.Panty hose is no problem with full length,It saves from weather or leg-flaws.

Since there is a side slit showing legs, hose should have been of nude-color.

Pink gown was good if that diamond cut opening in mid was not there.
Dress is already bare shouldered (almost)),why to show mid riff too.
