Like your Vidya dressed-up or dressed-down? Going by these two looks, I say bring back the maxis. Where the brocade just wasn’t the best fit, the pale pink kurta (also seen in orange before) was just plain frumpy.

The brocade one is more ugly than the pink kurta. Those fugly shoes make an appearance again(2nd pic). Minus Sabya, I’ve never seen her wear anything nice or remotely good.
That proves Sabya can make you look good no matter what

I agree. In fact this might be one of her better kurta appearances. I know people will disagree with me on this…but the long hair and glasses give her a sexy librarian kind of look.

I like the pink kurta look too. She looks refreshing and lovely. Anyway, what a giant leap from her “Heyy Baby” days. Does anyone remember her atrocious clothes from those days? Sabya has saved her.

I think the pink kurta is not too bad, people have done worse. What ruins both the looks are those hideous shoes. How difficult is it to pick a pair of strappy sandals?

the left pic in brocade kurta is from TV reality show :Big Boss” ( you can see the background aswell where the Add is visible) this is wen Rani and Vidya came to salman khan’s show to promote their movie”No One Killed Jessica”
I actually LOVE her in the pink kurta with jeans..it’s a look that I have totally worn in the past and something young women in India wear on a daily basis. I also read an interview with both Rani and Vidya where they were discussing their looks in their upcoming movie where Sabya designed their wardrobes and Vidya’s look was very casual and stuff that ‘normal’ women wear and i think this totally reflects that. The brocade on the other hand is just plain unflattering on curvy women and is also ill fitting on Vidya.

i think the look in black isint bad..the fit is a tad bit off at the tummy…but it happens to all normal ppl…
I’d take her wholesome, pretty, classic Indian style any day of the week, over the chaddi-bandu wearing crowd of haivans you usually feature in droves.
