After a fab appearance at the GQ Awards, it was back to a lack-luster one in a black anarkali at the Global Music Awards. Neither is the anarkali working for us nor the makeup.
I love Vidya but I must say that she needs to break out of this style rut. Within her own aesthetic she should experiment more.
she is hell of a beautiful and confident woman and waiting for that confidence to show in her style choices.
I’m wondering (out of honest curiosity) what you mean by ‘behenji”? Is that supposed to be some sort of a sartorial slur?
As an aside, I couldn’t disagree with you more- I’m becoming seriously smitten with Vidya Balan and her wardrobe in these past few years is partly the reason it.
i quite like the anarkali. but a lil ordinary for the event!!
Fugly, fugly! And look at those chappals, ewwww. If not for Sabya, this woman has nothing on her as proven by this appearance.

she wore same dress for asha parekh’s b’day!
wish someone would tell her that there is a way to wear Sari & Suits without become a boring aunty..spl with all the money!
Money cant buy style baby…
Why does she insist on looking like a behenji?? Pity considering she is so beautiful.

clearly..going by the last few appearances..somebody’s stylist is on a break…
The anarkali is nice, but the chappals are really ugly! Less chunky chappals would have been nice.
