Deepika…she looks great.
MAK and DP are really dumb if they are wearing boots in Mumbai airport or anywhere in India. I have seen others like K.Kapoor who also wear boots and tights/leggings in Mumbai and elsewhere in India. Nothing is more silly than aping Western fashion trends while overlooking logic and the purpose of those items (such as boots). It’s like wearing a trench coat in India just because it looks cool.
I dont know about Mumbai.. But to the ‘elsewhere in India’ bit.. Here in Delhi winters, makes ALL the sense and logic to wear boots or even a coat.. Unless we here are mistaken that these are to protect from winter cold!! 🙂
I have lived in Delhi and it’s basically like early Fall in North America. Except for late evenings and night, Delhi winters does not require wearing boots. Mornings are pretty much around 15-16 degrees except for a day or two in early Jan when morning temp goes down to 4-5 degrees. You definitely have to wear coats outside and sweaters when inside because buildings are not heated but winters in Delhi still does not require boots. It’s just a fashion statement there, IMO. Unless you are in Srinagar or higher up in north, you don’t need boots anywhere else in India including Delhi.
I live in Delhi and its winter here, min temperature had dipped to around 2 degress few days back and wearing boots is a nice and stylish way to keep your feet warm. And its not a dumb thing to do 😛 and same goes for coats….except for few sunny days when you can venture out around noontime in light woolens
RII..where is this Delhi..please tell me…You surely sound so ignorant writing that… Winter chills are killing in northern belt..please visit once in winter …
Based on her travel friendly yet attractive ensemble, I say, Malaika.
Deepika. The checked top looks easy to wear and nice.
deepika. looks comfy 🙂
