In Sabyasachi

Tisca attended an event on Wednesday evening wearing a Sabyasachi printed kurta and salwar with a gold polti from The Pink Potli and gold Zara sandals.

Liked her laidback boho look? While I liked the outfit, the potli seemed a bit too big, no?

  1. Don’t like the big bindi and the no dupatta look. In fact I’m guilty of not wearing a dupatta myself since I find them a bit fussy, but this has taught me to mend my ways.

  2. Not to take anything away from Tisca who looks lovely but how can people actually go to designers and in all probability end up paying an arm and a leg for something as ordinary as this.

  3. A clear case study of how conforming to a certain regional dress elevates your look.
Most of the stars dress in Western attire regardless of their body types and end up looking ghastly. The same holds true vice versa when the Caucasians wear sarees and end up looking utterly distasteful,( thankfully we are less subjected to those horrors)
This lady although i am uneducated about her filmography does fabulously well in the appearances. Pretty, elegant and always dressed to suit the age, event and her body.
Kudos to you Ms. Chopra and I would start by educating myself on some of your movies. Hope your histrionics can outshine your appearances.

  4. Love the top… whatever that design is on the pallazzos… I initially thought is a lizard design of some sorts… She looks great though.

  5. Tisca has a vibe that makes anything work. Either you have it or you don’t.. a subtle joie de vivre. It’s beyond her clothes, which are nice enough but the sum total is more than her clothes
