Tara picked a Cecil mini dress for a recent wrap party and separates by It Girl for a song launch.
Of these two, my vote would have to go to the monochromatic look in the dress. The separates just looked badly finished out, look at the hems and seams. Tara can do better than that!

Why are these young pretty gals wearing so much make up? And does EVERY look have to be about showing the cleavage or the gams or the midriff? And can we please put behind us the “talons masquerading as nails” trend? It’s super tacky.
Exactly. She is such a young girl with such gorgeous features. She really doesnt need all that heavy handed make up.
How does this look like too much make up? Do tell. I get this comment so much when I simply wear concealer and lipstick. “Why are you wearing so much make up” :O
The brown dress fits her like a glove. shows off her curves well
I think she looks good in both the outfits, barring the minor finishing issues. Monochromatic is so in right now and she is rocking it. A far better set of looks compared to the disasters she’d been seen in here in the past months. At least the clothes are the right size.
