why not a lesson or two from the model while draping….the deliberate display looks so forced and repugnant…

Can someone please explain why we’ve started draping sarees like this? I’m genuinely curious about the fashion rationale behind wearing the pallu this way. Is it mainly to show off the blouse, or is there another reason for the style? I know each to their own, but I’d genuinely love an insightful answer from a fashion perspective.
