Wearing separates from Label Ritu Kumar with a sling bag, tan sandals and silver jewellery, Vidya attended Salman Khan’s birthday bash last week.

Having been used to seeing Ms. Balan in saris, the layered look did feel quite out of left field, especially at first glance. But ,I do like it on her and one that I’d wear as well when hanging out with friends.

At the Riddhi Rejas wedding reception, Vidya stuck to her style mantra and opted for a Gaurang patola sari wearing it with a green blouse and gold jewellery.

At first glance, the green blouse didn’t feel like it fit in but the more I look at her, the less I mind it. If I had to wear the sari though, I’d pick a purple blouse but that isn’t to say she didn’t look lovely.

Wearing a Raw Mango silk sari and gajra in her hair, Vidya attended a recent do. While that gorgeous blue/indigo color worked well on the actor, it wasn’t enough to distract us from the monotony of her blouse style and the deliberate loose tendrils of hair. The latter especially brings down the look a notch.
