Like Shriya, Vaani too picked a gown that featured both a plunging neckline and a thigh-high slit. But unlike Shriya, Vaani had no issue with the fit of her gown. The emerald necklace made for a nice contrast against the gown, an dthe ankle-strap sandals rounded out the look well.

As much as Vaani makes the gown (by Genny) work for her, I am not a fan of it. Between giving us some serious décolleté and leg, did the gown really need to feature a cut-out as well? I also think the hair and make-up let Vaani down a touch… Wish she had picked a softer hairdo and more dewy make-up. All in all, not a bad look but definitely not among Vaani’s best.

While at a movie screening last evening, both Janhvi and Vaani were photographed in body-con dresses that featured cut-outs. Wearing their hair down, both ladies rounded out their look with matching heels.

Even though Vaani made that dress work for her (and fares better than most others would in it), I just can’t warm up to that look. In this match-up, Janhvi wins my vote easy; the dress works well with her curves and its (the dress) styling helped too!

While out and about in Mumbai, these lovely ladies served us some color. While Parineeti teamed her wide cuff denims with a chunky pink knit, Vaani teamed her green pants with a classic cropped tank. Whose look are you more drawn to?
