Keeping things festive in a silk sari, traditional jewelry, a bindi and flowers, Urmila attended a wedding reception in Mumbai recently. Wish she had picked a longer necklace instead of the choker but it’s a minor gripe, Ms. Matondkar looked nice.

While at a recent reception held in Mumbai, Raveena was photographed in a gown by Tanieya Khanuja, and Urmila in one by Manish Malhotra.
Though their respective gowns worked for them, I found Urmila’s relatively more relaxed and appropriate to attend someone’s reception in. I only wish she (Urmila) had chosen understated earrings and a clutch that didn’t clash with her gown so much.

Urmila wore a Shantanu and Nikhil gown to the Star Screen Awards and while it was good to see her on these pages, the updo felt a wee bit dated.

For her appearance at a recent song launch, Urmila picked separates by Nitara Dhanraj to wear. Matching accessories that included a pair of Valentino sandals rounded out her look.
The look was a little too match-y for us, but the separates themselves worked for her.

Urmila attended the Naaz Awards in Delhi on Sunday evening also wearing a Shantanu and Nikhil creation, which by itself was quite surprising because the former actor is almost always seen in Manish Malhotra.
Not that we’re complaining. She looked nice.
