Sightings of Tabu are so few and far between that one almost always wants to give her a thumbs-up. Alas, ‘almost always’ being the operative words here.
While we do like the color on her, something about the sari reminds us of Vidya’s Ishqiya in-character sari.

Wearing tunic dresses in shades of blue were both Poorna and Tabu. Both looked fab in it but not digging Tabu’s sandals one bit. We’d pick on the flats on Poorna but since she attended the Pitbull concert, it explains her choice.

It was fabulous to see Tabu again and even more so to see her being awarded with a Padma Shri (the news of which had come out months ago). Having said that, we felt the outfit itself had a bit too much of red in it. Perhaps a different color dupatta would’ve balanced out the red.
