While at an event yesterday, Taapsee was photographed in a striped Abraham and Thakore sari. Wearing her hair back, she rounded out the look with a bindi.

Though the tie worked on the runway when presented, here it looked rather gimmicky. It really took away from the whole effect of the pinstriped shirt and sari. No tie and a more relaxed pallu/drape would’ve been just what the look needed!

For promotions of Mulk on Thursday saw Taapsee in a white Samant Chauhan jacket and dress and the later at the screening in a Punit Balana sari.

Of the two, much preferred her in the sari. I liked the jacket and dress but felt the bindi was unnecessary.

For the launch of her official phone app, Taapsee picked an Em and Shi jumpsuit to wear. Oversized hoops, a vibrant lip color and pair of neutral sandals rounded out the actor’s look. She wore the jumpsuit well!
