Like Kareena at the event, Taapsee picked an ivory half-and-half sari as well, but to a much different effect. Teaming her Lajjoo C sari with a long-sleeved striped blouse, the actor rounded out the look by wearing her hair back and adding a pair of gold jhumkis by Gehna. She looked good.

For Taapsee, it was a grey rose embroidered gown by Turkish designer, Fouad Sarkis. If the gown didn’t have the exaggerated shoulder detail, I might have liked, but as is, I found it way too overwhelming.
