Wearing a custom Swapnil Shinde a-line dress, Kajol attended the much awaited trailer launch of Dilwale. Sporting her hair in a ponytail, she finished out her look with a pair of Zara platform sandals and jewellery from Accessory Quotient.

There was no denying that she looked fabulous but thinner strap sandals might have worked better with the dress. Especially given that the hemline of the dress was much below the knee.

Adah donned a gold backless gown by Swapnil Shinde on day two of SIIMA with jewellery from Valliyan and a side-swept do. Even if I factor in the fact that camera-flashes made this look much gaudier than it might have been, I can’t dismiss the make-up here. The rep lips and the winged eye-liner just made it a bit worse.

The gown needed subtle makeup and a wooden box clutch to tone it down a bit.

In her yellow Swapnil Shinde, Amyra sure stood out on the red carpet on day one of SIIMA. Before you think that is a really big necklace on her, the gold harness is actually part of the gown. Between that and the Vinita Michael earrings, I don’t think the Mrinalini Chandra cuff was needed here.

P.S. Did anyone catch the first episode of Project Runway today? In the process of covering SIIMA, we totally forgot to watch. 🙁 And in case, you are wondering why am asking, it’s cuz Swapnil is part of this season’s designer pool.

At the audio launch of Srimanthudu, Shruti was seen in a blue Swapnil Shinde maxi, one that she wore with a severe high ponytail and red lips. Except for the color of the maxi, nothing here worked in her favor. The droopy shiny fabric looked horrible under the flashes and don’t even get me started on the shimmery shorts detail under the skirt. She can do so much better!

This was a blue that gave us the blues.

At an Awards event held not too long ago, Manasvi was photographed on the red carpet wearing Swapnil Shinde, a designer she heavily favors. Wavy hair, pink lip, understated jewelry and a box clutch finished out the look. Think she did good?

Speaking of Swapnil Shinde, by now you might know he is one of the fourteen participants on the latest season of Project Runway. We know we will be setting our DVRs to record, who else is just as excited?!
