In Twos

Sonali attended two more Diwali parties over the weekend wearing a cobalt blue long anarkali with a satlada (7-layer) necklace to one and an embroidered jacket and dhoti pants set to another.

I wasn’t a big fan of the blue but compared to the orange outfit, liked it better. The orange jacket and the orange eye-shadow got a bit much. Which one did you prefer? Either or neither?

Sonali attended the Khurrana-Kashyap Diwali party wearing a brown sari and cape from Abhishek Sharma with green drop earrings and a mother of pearl Nathalie Trad clutch. I may have picked smaller green stone studs here but she looked lovely, nevertheless.

Sharara Style

Sonali attended Manish Malhotra’s Diwali party on Wednesday evening wearing a silver sharara by the designer. The sheer overlay revealing that blouse like crop top is a real odd design and any other color would probably look bad but Ms. Bendre lends an elegance to this outfit that one can’t deny. She looked good!

Travel(v)ogue

Sonali flew out of Mumbai and arrived back in the city sporting two very different outfits and while the tan pants was nice, she looked extra sharp in the linen suit. Loved it!
