As a color, black is the most flattering one, but that was still not enough to make Sonali’s jumpsuit look good on her. The jersey material coupled with the odd length really worked against her. On the other hand, Ayesha looked far better in her all-black attire. A look that I quite liked minus the clutch.

While the zip adds an interesting visual detail, I would have much preferred to see Sonali wear a non-print version of this dress. Not a fan of this particular animal-print and the pink satin clutch that she paired with this dress. A ‘Not Quite’ for us, what say you about Sonali’s outfit?

If it were plain white churidaars, we might have loved this simple suit on Sonali, but those patterned churidaars were a bit much for our taste. This one was a ‘Not Quite’ for us, what about for you?

This one-shouldered floral Ranna Gill jersey dress has been around for a while and the latest to have been spotted in it’s slightly varied version was Neha Dhupia at a recent launch.

From what we can see, we think all three ladies wore the dress well.

We were eagerly looking forward to both Sonali and Neelam at HDIL Couture week. Unfortunately both were quite disappointing in their embroidered dresses. Sonali’s dress in my opinion was quite ghastly and paired with those red ankle straps made the whole look far worse. In comparison, Neelam’s embroidered dress was better, but her look to us was just ‘meh’ only because we’ve seen Neelam do better. A ‘Not Quite’ (Neelam’s) and a ‘Not At All’ (Sonali’s) was what these two looks were for us. What about for you?
