In Nikasha

At an event for Unicef India, Trisha was seen in a floral Nikasha dhoti-style sari paired with Sangeeta Boochra earrings and Steve Madden ankle-strap sandals.

It’s been a while since we saw her on these pages and it sure was nice to have a sighting of her. She looked pretty.

Sari Style

At an event celebrating National Handloom Day in Hyderabad, Samantha was seen in a black and white ikat sari by Preetham Jukalker with silver earrings from Sangeeta Boochra.

I love the sari and liked the styling but part of me wishes the sari was worn the traditional Nivi way. But, that’s just my personal taste.

That is not to say she didn’t look good, she did.

In Sabyasachi

Wearing a Sabyasachi sari with jewellery from Vasundhara, Lakshmi attended a wedding reception in Hyderabad on Thursday evening. While she looked sweet, wish the hairdo was a bit neater and she’d skipped the necklace.

In Jade

On day two of SIIMA, Ms. Manchu was seen in a red Jade creation, one that she wore with a retro do and deep burgundy lip. This sure make up for the black gown from the day before. She looked nice.

In Twos

Lakshmi who hosted day one of SIIMA walked the red carpet in a Tarun Tahiliani sari and BCBG earrings and then later changed into a black high-neck gown.

Her sari look was actually quite nice and we really wish she’d just worn that for the ceremony. The less said about that horrendous gown, the better!
