When Leading Ladies Disappoint
Ugly boots and an Ed Hardy tunic do not a stylish ensemble make. Neither does yards of plaid.

The first time we saw Shweta Bharadwaj and Shriya Saran, Shweta easily won hands down and I think it is safe enough to say that Shweta takes round two too! I love how she chose a bold red jacket and kept everything else black to let the red pop. On the other hand, Shriya’s green mini dress just looked plain awful and the gold belt didn’t help her case either!
P.S. I have been hunting for a full length pic of Shweta’s but just haven’t been able to find one, so had to settle for this one!
We wish she chose to leave the curlers be and not match her lips down to the exact shade of the gown. The gown itself is so blah. Lets just say, Shriya Saran is yet to wow us with her red carpet look…
Who knew that the same label that sold that hot dress worn by Sophie was to be blamed for the disaster worn by Shriya??!!
The label would be Bebe, if you didn’t catch that.

Exhibit one: Can Sonu’s suit get any shinier? Or slimier?
Exhibit two: That elaborately draped and knotted thing only draws attention to where we wish it hadn’t!! One hopes that the stole that Divya has on isn’t really attached to the dress and is a making of her own folly, which hopefully can be corrected!

Exhibit three: Shriya Saran while participating in the ‘Dell Road Run’ marathon contest, goes running dressed like that. We get she is an actress and has to look good even when running, but dressed like that when participating in a marathon just makes me break out into a sweat, and I haven’t even pulled on my socks yet.
Exhibit four: The print doesn’t work. Ditto for the color. And especially the asymmetrical hemline just does not work. And that bag.
