Spotted Shriya Saran wearing a Prashant Verma Fall 2008 gown in a song sequence for the Telugu film ‘Pista’. Have to say, we are quite surprised to see his creation in a movie and relieved that the gown was worn well and did not get lost in unnecessary jewellery.

Ms. Saran sure packs a lot of, as much as we hate the word, ‘potential’… but her clothes always do major disservice to her!
Hopefully she’ll break the pattern one of these days!

When we first saw this print on Neetu, we thought it was a complete mess. Now, take the same print but add a little more red tone and you get the version that is on Shriya Saran. Yes, Shriya’s version is far better than Neetu’s, but do we like this print any better now. Not really!

Shriya picked a silver BCBG dress for night at the Filmfare Awards. Considering that dress has so much shine, I wish she had chosen more toned down accessories to go with it.

You’ll rarely hear us say this (this may be the only time actually), but for once, we think Shriya would have been better off carrying the monogram Speedy to the night event than that white hobo!
