As she was out and about in Mumbai, Shilpa was photographed sporting belted dresses. And she paired both dresses with roomy totes, a classic grey Balenciaga and a cheery yellow Goyard.

Though I like the easy grey printed dress, wasn’t a fan of the metallic obi belt. It just seemed too fussy for the dress. Wasn’t big on those flats either. In comparison, the standard issue black maxi was put together well and just worked better.

In Masaba

For an event on Monday, Shilpa sported Masaba separates from the designer’s latest Spring collection. Hair in a ponytail, Shilpa’s look was finished out with earrings from Flower Child and Jimmy Choo booties.

She looked good.

The taping of the finale episodes of Super Dancer 2 saw Ms. Shetty in a custom Manish Malhotra sari-inspired gown, a style which is quickly becoming her signature.

Sure, the color looked amazing on her, but I found the hair a bit dated and I really wish she hadn’t worn those clashing beige sandals with that gown. Would’ve preferred a glittery ruby version on her, instead.

Shilpa helped inaugurate a makeup studio on Sunday and for the appearance chose easy breezy separates from Pause. The issue though were the choice of shoes. The gold sandals felt way too heavy and were quite distracting.

A simple pair of jootis would’ve worked so much better here.

Taking it up a notch for the taping of the semi-finale episode of Super Dancer 2 was Ms. Shetty wearing a shimmery signature Tarun Tahiliani sari-gown.

I feel like the lip color could’ve been a bit darker to make the look pop but doubt anyone is looking at that! 😛
