Kareena, who performed at the Big Star Entertainment Awards, walked the red carpet wearing a gold Shantanu Nikhil sari gown.

Going by the pics, it was evident that Ms. Kapoor didn’t know what to do with the pallu and in attempt to show off the embroidered bodice just plonked it on the side which only made the look more awkward and sloppy at the back. That and the hair. Way too severe for the look.

She might’ve looked better had she worn the sari the regular way, like the version worn by the model.

Sophie attended the Hello! Hall Of Fame Awards in a Shantanu and Nikhil. She let the black gown, featuring small gold and red appliques, be the highlight of the look and added just a small gold cuff to the look. I wish the cuff was a lil’ broader but it’s a very minor gripe considering she looked so good.

A Bottega Veneta knot clutch finished out her look.

Ms. Sinha, busy promoting her next movie ‘R…Rajkumar’, made an appearance on the sets of MasterChef India in a black Shantanu and Nikhil with jewellery from Mahesh Notandass.

She looked great in the simple black dress but the more interesting thing about this look was her footwear. They weren’t your regular pumps and while am not sure if they are the United Nude ‘Eamz’ heel-less pumps, they sure look quite like it.

Here’s a question for you, what do you think of heel-less pumps? Marc Jacobs showcased some cute colorful ones on his runway back in 2007.

At their respective events, Vishni and Rana went the desi route with the former wearing a Shantanu and Nikhil and the latter a Tarun Tahiliani. Of the two, it was easy to pick Rana as the better dressed one. The beige color wasn’t quite working on Vishnu and neither were those sandals.
