Huma walked the red carpet at the Zee Cine Awards on Saturday wearing a pink tulle gown by Bahrain label, Monsoori with jewellery from Aurelle and Anmol. It was nice to have a sighting of a gown that was not beaded or over-embellished and perhaps that’s why I liked her here.

It was Paule Ka for Shilpa while at a recent event. Updo in place, she finished out the look with a red lip, box clutch, Aurelle by Leshna Shah ring and strappy sandals. She looked good.

Given the red lip color, the dress didn’t need another contrasting element… The clutch only added to visual clutter. A black box clutch (like a classic Bottega Veneta ‘Knot’) would’ve worked so much better.

Promotions for Jolly LLB 2 saw Ms. Qureshi in an all-white look and an all-black look the day after. While she looked good in both, we are liking the white one just a wee bit more.
