At a fashion show to raise awareness for cancer, Gautami was seen in a Sabyasachi sari with ear cuffs and a contemporary maang tikka. A Bottega Veneta knot clutch, black Sabyasachi belt and stack of bangles finished out her look. While I love the jewellery and updo here, this sari with that feminine bow blouse needed a softer hairdo. Or maybe she should’ve worn the bow to the back. The look as a whole felt way too busy.

Navami celebrations saw Kajol in a Punit Balana pink and purple sari and Ashatami in a floral Sabyasachi. She wore her hair worn up in a loose low bun both times. Have a favorite?

I was drawn more to the Balana.

Rani attended the IIFA Awards on Saturday evening wearing a Sabyasachi sari with a pearl choker and ring. With that neckline, the single strand pearl necklace wasn’t the best move but the worse offense here was the Chanel pin in the hair. Ms. Mukerji’s love for logo is more often that not what leads to single-handedly ruining a look.

Aditi and Siddharth got married today at the Sri Ranganayakaswamy Temple in Srirangapur amongst family and friends with the bride wearing a muted Sabyasachi langa voni and the groom keeping it simple in a white kurta and white and gold bordered veshti.
