It was a wrap-effect Cavalli dress for Ms. Wadhwa at the recent awards. She completed her look with a metallic clutch and shoes which picked up on the embellished detail of the dress and red lips. We think she wears her dress well!

We were pretty sure that Ms. Kapoor was in Cavalli in the Criminal song but the short version was throwing us off. Mumbai Mirror’s article today confirmed our suspicion and managed to clear our confusion.
Turns out that just for the song, designer Manish Malhotra converted the gown into a mini to make for a more sexy look during the dance sequence. Except, is it us or is the mini a wee bit too mini for the dance steps involved. 😛

For the Cavalli dinner, Sonam picked a Roberto Cavalli dress which she paired with Chopard jewelry, Roger Vivier clutch and Jimmy Choo heels. So glad she didn’t pick an obvious Cavalli. Love this look… Very glamorous without hitting us over the head with it!
