Madhuri and Rani chose embellished black saris to wear to the Stardust Awards. And as much as we love Madhuri, even she couldn’t salvage that look. Can you say, “Dated“? Rani on the other hand looked lovely in her glitzy number.

A Rani and Vidya appearance these days and you pretty much get a Sabya one too. 😛 Unfortunately, you won’t find us go gaga over either because of the presentation.
Rani had on a cheery sari and the contrasting blouse was nice but the overdose of the bangles and the huge earrings really take more away from the look than add to it. Simple jhumkis and a kada might have worked better for her.
As for Vidya, it’s the only picture we have and it didn’t quite excite either. Not a fan of the hair.

We all know Rani loves BCBG and at KJo’s Bash was spotted in yet another. Of late since we’ve been seeing her dolled up, I really like the chilled-out look.

Although it looked blue in the early pictures, it was actually a purple maxi that Rani had on.
When we first saw her, we didn’t quite like it but the more we saw, the more the look grew on us. Side swept curls and a beaded clutch completed her look.

After a spate of appearances in drabby black dresses, it was refreshing to see Rani back to form in a sleeveless Sabyasachi anarkali. We’ll take this any day.
