Parineeti was the guest of honor at the India Day Parade in NYC to which she wore a blue Manish Malhotra two-toned maxi with jewellery from Curio Cottage. Given that part of her day included being in a float during the day, the maxi seemed a perfect fit. Comfy, desi and not too gaudy.

Parineeti left for New York today sporting a look that reminded us a lot of Alia’s and for good reason when the latter visited Bangkok a few weeks ago.

Two recent appearances by Parineeti saw her in two different looks, first in a pink Manish Malhotra suit and then in a black Namrata Joshipura dress. While we can’t fault the dress look, quite liked the yellow pumps, wish she’d worn a dupatta with the suit. The look felt a bit bare without it.

The Awards night saw Parineeti in a black Georges Chakra gown. Wearing the basketweave gown with a ponytail and smoky eyes, the jewellery was minimal that helped make the gown the highlight of the look.
I wish the eyes were a bit more dramatic but she looked good nevertheless.

Parineeti hosted and performed at IIFA Rocks and while hosting was seen in a red Gaurav Gupta gown. Unfortunately, we don’t have better pics of her yet.
