At the Miss India 2019 pageant, Neha was seen in a blue full-sleeve gown by Nikhil Thampi paired with a stack of polki bangles over the left sleeve and polki earrings.
While I like the the stacked bangles, the gown itself did nothing for her. I think she would’ve fared if the gown had a round neck and was shorter on the train.
