Wearing a Yousef Akbar dress that featured a thigh-high slit and a matching jacket, Shilpa attended a recent awards evening. Diamond jewelry and bling-y strappy Louboutins rounded out her look.

The dress, the shoulder-baring jacket worn just so and all that shimmer on any other person would seem so excessive. Yet, this brand of ott is right up Shilpa’s alley. In fact, she might be among the very few who stood any chance of making this work. But, it wasn’t among our favorites from the evening. The whole look seems too contrived and forced, we weren’t big on it.

While promoting her movie on the sets of a television reality show, Sonakshi was photographed in a pink lehenga by Falguni and Shane Peacock. Had she worn her dupatta differently, the look would’ve been more impactful. That said, though the look lacks novelty, Sonakshi did look nice; the color works well on her.

Wearing a dress by Rahi, Bhumi helped promote her latest movie at an event recently. Matching ankle-strap sandals rounded out the actor’s look well. For the screening, Bhumi brought out sequins again, this time by way of a Bibhu Mohapatra dress. Wearing her hair back, she rounded out the look with strappy black sandals.

She wore both of her dresses well; Bhumi looked nice.
