Joining their Qissa co-star Tisca at the TIFF Gala were Rasika and Tillotama with the former in rose-print Masaba sari and a Pinky Saraf clutch and the latter in a Payal Khandwala.

We don’t have full-lengths but both looked cute and special brownie points for opting to wear desi designers!

It’s been a while since we saw Ms. Chopra on these pages. The new mum made two appearances this week, one at LFW in an Anita Dongre sari and another today at a beauty workshop in Masaba.

While the sari look was alrite, it was the Masaba look that caught our attention. She looked particularly good in it.

Seeing the first pic of Genelia in the Masaba pants had me smile too as I thought she looked great. But, looking at the outfit more closely, wasn’t digging the frills on that shirt.

While, the shirt wasn’t a dealbreaker, would have loved it if it was a plain one. Yes, yes, very minor gripe.

At the premiere of her sister’s play, Kajol wore the Masaba fan-print sari as presented on the runway, with its sheer tunic. While I appreciate the fact that she tried something new, it’s not a look she pulled off.

Besides, am just not a fan of the black cuff on the sheer sleeve. Nor of the shoulder-bag in her arm-crook. The latter especially brought down the look a notch, or five.
