Having seen others wear the floor-length Manish Malhotras, it was only a matter of time before Kajol was sported in one. Having said that, I’ll take this over the others even though she does look like she is drowning in fabric. The white is better than the patchwork/brocade suits we’ve seen on her

Majan and Katrina Kaif Fan had asked us on Twitter as to why we hadn’t posted Katrina yet? We went through pics so quickly we thought this orange number was a stage outfit. Upon closer look, we realized it wasn’t.

So what was the outfit in question? If you hadn’t been able to identify, it was a Manish Malhotra.

Often picked on for wearing the same hair, Katrina changed it up by pulling it back and wearing a gold maang tikka. I think the orange looks good on her but am on the fence about the maang tikka. I feel like a pair of earrings could have given the look a bit of a balance.

These three ladies went the sari route at the reception… As lovely as Kareena is, her look was our least favorite. Making up the middle with a Meh was Genelia, and right on top was Gul in her green sari. She had us at the color!

So used to seeing the long heavy-duty Manish Malhotra anarkalis, I found myself pleasantly surprised at spotting these two wear a different style by the designer.

Preity had me at the color and Priyanka at the silhouette. Some may not like the red lips on Priyanka, but I think it works with the outfit.
