The Mijwan Sonnets In Fabric Show By Manish Malhotra took place in Mumbai tonight with many celebs taking to the runway. Each of the outfits showcases the craftsmanship of the girls from Mijwan who are supported by Shabana Azmi’s NGO Mijwan Welfare Society (MWS).

Today’s been a day of sorbet colors. First Sridevi and now Kareena was spotted at the grand finale of Indian Idol wearing an orange and pink Manish Malhotra sari with statement earrings.

She looked pretty but I would’ve liked to see her with the hair back, especially cuz she looks so nice in it. (see next post.)

It was Manish Malhotra again for Sri in Hyderabad. She looked great as usual but my oh my, love love love the sari! So unlike the regular designs we’ve seen from Manish Malhotra.

Doing desi at their respective events in green-ish tones were Chitrangada (in Nikasha) and Kareena (in a Manish Malhotra). If we really had to pick, it would be Kareena’s suit. Loved the pink border against the chartreuse on the Manish Malhotra.

The gota border on the Nikasha was way too overwhelming.
