Wearing a patan patola Sangeeta Kilachand sari with silver jewellery from Apala, Malaika attended the Dadasaheb Phalke Awards. She looked good! Having said that though, I know she wanted to show off the necklace against the top vs have it lost against the sari but that loose drape on the side was a bit of a distraction.

Malaika attended a jewellery store event in Gujarat recently wearing Itrh. We don’t have better pics of the outfit but from what we see, the anarkali which seemed to have been worn over farshi pajamas seemed to overwhelm her.

At the Jain-Malhotra wedding reception, Malaika was seen in a red Amit Aggarwal sari-inspired gown with ruby and diamond jewellery, a plexi-clutch and red sandals. This could’ve been a very effective look if the bust fitted better and it also seems the train was too long going by the fact that she is carrying it in her hand. Perhaps, the gown was better saved for a different occasion.
