Another day, another Lanvin for Ms. Kamineni. Wearing the lamé dress with a matching Leiber clutch and mirrored Prada pumps, she attended a charity dinner in Hyderabad recently. Though the faux-wrap dress worked on her, its styling let her down. The orange-red lip color helped break up the metallic-monochrome but not nearly enough. The look would’ve greatly benefitted by some minimalist sandals.

It was a Lanvin dress for Upasana while at the Awards event last night. Wearing her hair up, she finished out the look with a pair of diamond earrings, Christian Louboutin evening bag and Miu Miu pumps. The choice of dress was unexpected and it worked. But the look itself wasn’t quite a ten. Given the slight high-low hem, a pair of ankle-strap sandals would’ve worked a whole lot better. Those and a pair of more understated earrings would’ve taken this look up a notch, n’est–ce pas?

Like Athiya, Madhoo attended the Vogue Beauty Awards also in a strapless ruffled gown except that hers was a Lanvin. Wearing the terracotta colored gown with a chunky necklace, she finished out her look with a gold clutch and red lips. It’s a good thing Madhoo wore her hair up, else, we’d have had ourselves a Ditto! We already do have an almost. 😛

If you’ve followed Madhoo’s looks, she tends to over-accessorize so am glad that she didn’t do so here. She looked nice.

During the IIFA weekend in Malaysia, Ms. Sachdev attended all three events sporting looks that were somewhat different from each other.

Where for IIFA Rocks it was a printed Lanvin mini and YSL Tribs (sandals), it was a printed Alexander McQueen midi with metallic ankle-strap sandals for IIFA Fashion Extravaganza. The main Awards night saw Charu in Stella McCartney separates, our favorite of the three. Wearing her hair down, she finished out each look with an Edie Parker clutch.
