Sari Style

Wearing a navy blue benarasi sari also by Manish (possibly sourced from weavers), Karisma attended Manish’s diwali party on Wednesday evening, pairing the sari with her Chanel bag and polki jewellery. I have to admit, I was quite surprised by the elbow-length sleeve blouse choice just because never seen her opt for such a style and while I think a shorter sleeved one would’ve been a better pick, I know, I am nitpicking. 😛 That is kinda the point of the site. 😉

She looked lovely, nevertheless!

In Anita Dongre

Karisma attended an awards event on Saturday evening wearing a benarasi sari from Anita Dongre with a gold Chanel bag, a mix of gold and kundan jewellery and mogra in her hair. That cap sleeve blouse wasn’t a favorite, but overall, she looked elegant as usual.

Karisma taped for a show with her sister on the latter’s birthday wearing a Tarun Tahiliani jacket and pant set. The addition of the bustier being revealed via the unbuttoned shirt was a bit overkill here but Karisma carried it off well here.
