This awards season, Kanika has been one of the very few who’s been consistent on the red carpet. The Filmfare Awards red carpet was no different. In the strapless Monisha Jaising gown and bling from Farah Khan Fine Jewellery, the singer looked lovely! (We’ll just have to pretend we didn’t see the little patch of nude lining on the dress; such a downer.)

Wearing an Isha Rajpal sari with lace detailing and a matching lace blouse, Kanika attended a recent Awards event. She went with a more muted make-up palette and minimal accessories to perhaps let the sari do the talking.
The songstress who has had success (for the most part) with her red carpet appearances sure disappointed with this one. Neither the sari, nor its blouse is our cup of tea.

Kanika walked the red carpet at the Star Guild Awards wearing a Peter Pilotto pairing the black and white with a Love Moschino heart shaped minaudiere and black pumps.
Am a bit conflicted about the coral lips just because there was already a dominant color present (the clutch). But, given all the misses on the red carpet, that’s a minor gripe. Overall, she looked great!

Priyanka attended Dabboo Ratnani’s 2015 calendar unveiling wearing a Kukoon skull embellished cape with J Brand denims finishing out the look with spiked Koëcsh wedge boots and a Saurabh Kant Srivastava choker.
As much as I like the cape, having seen variations of it worn by both Jacqueline and Kanika before, can’t say am feeling the same kind of love here. While I love each of the pieces individually, worn all together, it made for a very disjoint look. I, for one, am not feeling it.
