For Kajol, it was a chikankari suit by Anjul Bhandari at the Ambani-Mehta engagement soiree and while I do love that kurta, the cobalt blue sequin bottoms felt very jarring. And not to mention OTT given the dupatta also had sequins.
Would’ve preferred if she’d worn matching churidaars or palazzos instead.

Wearing a Gaurav Gupta gown, Kajol attended an Awards ceremony where she was felicitated with an Icon of the Year award. While I can’t fault the finishing touches, something about the shoulder detail felt off. But, that was a minor gripe.

At a Blogger meet & greet for a beauty brand, Kajol was seen wearing a white Nikhil Thampi dress with Jimmy Choo sandals and jewellery from Kaj. While I can’t fault the finishing touches, the situation felt like a bit of a Catch-22 to me.
The long dress definitely needed a belt to define the waist but with the bust being outlined so low, the addition of the belt created a weird illusion. Just me feeling that way?

At promotions for Incredibles 2 whose Hindi version features her voice, Kajol was seen in an asymmetric dress by Shruti Sancheti. While I like the print, can’t say I like how the long side pools so much on the floor. Also not a fan of the platform wedges pairing.

At a press meet for Incredibles 2 to which she lent her voice, Kajol was seen in a cream jumpsuit by Nishka Lulla featuring an embroidered waist panel. Wedge sandals and earrings from Flower Child By Shaheen Abbas finished out her look.
